Refund Policy

Because Fresh Start Relief Solutions and The Filing Factory provide digital products and professional services, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Digital products are delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped. Once access to a digital file has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving purchased files to a secure device. If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us for assistance.

Credit Rebuild and Other Professional Services
Payments for professional services cover time, administrative preparation, onboarding, credit-profile review, strategy development, and/or work performed on the client's behalf. Because service work may begin shortly after purchase or onboarding, payments are generally non-refundable once services have started.

Purchasing a credit-related service does not guarantee the deletion of any account, a specific credit-score increase, financing approval, housing approval, or any other particular result.

Tax Preparation Services
Tax preparation fees may become non-refundable once preparation, review, research, or other substantive work on the client's return has begun. Filing fees and other third-party charges may also be non-refundable once incurred.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or there is an error involving your payment, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.

Questions or Technical Issues
If you experience a problem with a digital download or have a question regarding a service purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
